The Project
Covered in the development of a digital solution with the objective of providing Kompass Energia to conquer the strategy of increasing the satisfaction and management level of its customers, reducing costs and increasing the level of internal controls of the company.
The project involved the development of prototypes and proofs of concept, user tests, market launch and evolution of the initial application. All execution was carried out in a structured way in order to generate maximum value in the product developed, from mapping users, complete design to system engineering with continuous change management.
Solution and Technology
The solution consists of a WebApp portal with cloud technology integrating IoT devices, a management and financial system with exclusive dashboards to meet the needs of all users.
The infrastructure was optimized to operate with high availability of data in real time, security and low cost of use and maintenance.
The project consisted of a complete execution with functionalities validations with users, tests, design, UI / UX, cloud architecture, database, clusters, access control, APIs, integration with IoT, financial payment system and responsive web versions and mobile.
